Our company was founded in 2023 with the goal of providing cost effective product development and design support and assistance for business and individuals. We are based in the sunny South-East of Ireland and our service is available to clients in the Republic of Ireland and the UK.
What We Do
Design Services
Utilizing our skills in mechanical design, we will develop manufacturing drawings for individual parts or assemblies as per the customer spec. We are willing and able to develop design from the ground up or modify/existing designs for our customers. This service is available to consumers and B2B. This option works best for those who wish outsource their design work but want to manage their own projects.
We can also analyze your design concept (anything from sketches to beautiful renders) and flesh it out from a functional perspective and finding the optimal balance between what looks well and what works well, in addition to DFM (design for manufacture) to help reduce production cost.
Project Management
In addition to Designing a product for your needs, we also provide project management (and assembly services for some projects) for the development and/or manufacture of your product. This includes, but is not limited to, supply chain and timeline management. As we are a design and prototyping service, for larger industrial machine builds you will be referred to a machine building company. We can put you in touch with potential suppliers to start with.
When dealing with potential suppliers, especially for those with a non-technical background, it can be difficult to decide the best course of action when getting your parts produced. It is a case of speed, quality and cost and keeping those three things at a level where you want them to be. Our owner, Kevin, founded the business to help solve that very issue for founders, entrepreneurs and established owners alike using his own knowledge and experience. Reverse Engineering
Upon request we can reverse engineer a part or assembly. A client may wish to have this done for various reasons, e.g., they wish to replace a product or part that is no longer available.
This service involves measuring the part(s)/assembly, discovering how it works and recreating the product with CAD (with the purpose of being able to physically reproduce the product), from which the customer can decide how to proceed. Technical documentation included as standard. We can also arrange delivery of the product to your premises to save you the hassle.
